Hey Mom,

Hello Friends. This month My Paper Pumkin from Stampin Up was the inspiration for this beautiful gift set. I am so Happy with the outcome of the set. And I have to say I had a lot of fun working on this month set.

  I added the box from MPP February 2015 to put the necklace made out of paper beads.  

I can't wait for what's coming next.

Black and White Necklace

Hello everyone. I hope everything is good with you and God is stirring some creative juices inside your hearts.  God's been blessing me with lots of ideas.  I made this awesome 3 in 1 necklace with matching earrings. I used My Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin Up! With the ink I stamped paper to make paper beads, and some other things from the kit to make the card. Here's some pictures.

Above the 3 necklaces and to the left the 1 necklace with the 3 strings. At the bottom the necklace with a birthday card which I used seed beads to sew the word YOU on it.

The lighter beads on the necklace are the paper beads I made with the stamped paper using the ink spots from Stampin Up! I'm glad with the finish product.

It's been a while since my last post. It's been an interesting season.

On February 14 I had a friend visiting for the weekend. She had the hardest time ever to get to our house but she made it. Praise God. on the 14th the bible verse on my bible app was John 15:13 "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." I can't ever repay her for the struggles she went through and for what she did for me and my family. We love you Titi Alex! I need to start planning a gift for her.

Here's a gift I made for another friend for Christmas and finally mailed it to her in March. This year gift need's to be made by September so it can be in her house by December :p...

My first Rag Quilt

A friend of mine and his wife are expecting a baby boy in July. I felt deep in my heart to make a baby quilt as a gift for them and decided to make a rag quilt. I looked on pinterest for ideas and found lots of tutorial videos in youtube and this is the finished product. It was fun making it and I'm happy the way it looks. I hope you like it.
